Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can easily request store credit or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You may also request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To ensure fairness in all return requests, whether for store credit, exchanges, or refunds, the merchandise being returned must be in unused condition with its original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns in certain circumstances, including:
- Products that have been washed or worn
- Products lost or damaged by improper care
- Soiled or contaminated products
Store credit within 30 days of purchase
- Requests for store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Once your return has been received, examined, and processed, store credit will be issued to your Shopify customer account within 1-2 business days
- Store credit will not include any shipping costs from the original order
- To make your request, please email us at help@roperye.com. Please title the subject line of the email as “Store Credit” along with your original order number
Exchanges within 30 days of purchase
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Your exchange order will be shipped once your return has been received, examined, and processed

Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Requests for full refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be issued once your return has been received, examined, and processed
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and processing times are dictated by the issuing bank and may take up to 7-10 business days
- To make your request, please email us at help@roperye.com. Please title the subject line of the email as “Full Refund” along with your original order number
Notes
- Once we have received your email request, we will then supply you with a pre-paid return sticker
- We will not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid service, nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred using other carriers
- ‘Final Sale’ items are not eligible for return for store credit, exchanges or full refunds
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds
- Returned merchandise must meet our return policy standards before issuing any store credit, exchanges, or refunds
